Game Week 10 Podcast Team
Sponsored by Premier Punt
If you have listened to this week’s Fantasy Premier League podcast then you will know that we recorded it in the very early hours of the morning. Pre 7.30am is far too early for Mills but it didn’t seem to affect Quigliano as he returned with a host of top FPL tips for you feast your ears upon. For those of you who prefer to look rather than listen here is the abbreviated version of what was discussed:
Garry of the Week:
The Guaranteed performer for Game Week 10 is Jamie Vardy. 9 goals in 9 games and a home fixture against Crystal Palace is all that needs to be said really. Remember, this is the obvious choice – the one that makes sense.
Xabi Alonso of the Week:
Our long shot for GW10 is Mesut Ozil who has been on fine form this season but has been hit and miss with the goals. With the likes of Sanchez potentially being missing for Arsenal this week Quigliano feels that Ozil will step up. He likened him to being a girlfriend that he might have dumped but has gone back to her – he just can’t stay away!
Delia of the Week: “Where are you?”
The “Where are you?” shout this week goes to Anthony Martial with Quigliano asking where he was and why he found him on the left wing against Everton? He did respond in midweek with a goal in the Champions League but he could be deployed in the same way against Man City this week as it looked like a clever defensive ploy to combat raiding full backs – a tactic that could prove effective against Man City on Sunday.
The side tips are fast becoming a popular feature on the podcast and we often see a #SideTips on twitter – why not drop us one with one of your own? This week Quigliano had shout outs for:
Bony (Man City)
You will have to listen to the podcast to hear the full justifications – you listen using the player below or download for listening later.
The podcast team can be found below and our change this week has seen us make one change in defence dropping Sagna and replacing him with Dier from Spurs as we are concerned that Sagna's game time could be limited.
Quigliano has given us permission to add his personal team to the page after he scored 200 points in 2 weeks and jumped up to 8th in the Fantasy Football Tips league and the top 4,000 overall. He feels he is back where he belongs, but what do you think of his team’s chances this week? He stopped short of telling us his own captain choice for game week 10 – to be honest he will probably not make that decision until Saturday morning, but we can see his progress in the league as the weekend progresses – just look our for Berocca Juniors.
